Ben Koshkin – Age 70 – President TFR. BBA Marketing & Economics – Lamar University 1967. MBA Finance & Industrial Relations – University of Michigan 1969. Mr. Koshkin holds a Texas Nurserymen’s License and Texas Real Estate Broker’s License. Forty (40) years of real estate experience including brokering over six hundred million ($600) dollars in land, helped acquire, manage and sell five hundred (500) single family residential rental homes, has developed numerous subdivisions in the Houston area & owned one of Houston’s largest home repair operations primarily for lenders during the late 1980’s.

John Nugent – Age 71 – VP Housing TFR. BA Government & History 1967 University of Texas. After graduating from the University of Texas, Mr. Nugent served in the U.S. Army as an intelligence officer with the U.S. Army Intelligence Command. Texas Broker’s License. Over forty (40) years of residential real estate brokerage experience and thirty-eight (38) years acquiring, managing and selling single family rental properties in the Houston market & also writes a monthly commentary on the Houston residential market with his wife, Madeline.

 Brad Dill – Age 57 – VP Lots & land TFR. BS Degree in Industrial Administration – Real Estate Finance with a minor in Architecture, Iowa State University 1981. Texas Broker’s License. Forty-one (41) years experience in all aspects of real estate development & brokerage including vacant land, residential lots and homes, golf course/country club, multi-family, industrial, retail, office, agricultural and manufactured & modular home properties.

Brad Herndon – Age 67 – Attended Schreiner Institute, Lamar University, Sam Houston State University, University of Houston and University of Colorado where he received a MA in Banking in 1981. Mr. Herndon’s forty-six (46) year banking career included working for Allied Bank of Texas, First National Bank of Jasper, Fidelity Savings & Loan, First Interstate Bank, Wells Fargo and Capital One Bank. His career spans almost all banking functions and he was previously the Branch Manager for Wells Fargo’s most successful branch in Houston and then Assistant Branch Manager with Capital One Bank in Sugar Land before retirement.

Bruce Ripper, MAI – Age 69 – BBA Business Administration University of Houston 1970. Mr. Ripper joined The Thomas Bearden Company in 1971, became Vice President in 1974, and owner/President in 1983. Under his leadership the company has grown by successfully serving clients who require standards of excellence consistent with The Thomas Bearden Company name. Thomas Bearden Company specializes in the appraisal of income-producing properties and provides commercial real estate brokerage services. The firm also provides counseling services including market studies, site selection, land use studies, feasibility studies, acquisition and disposition analyses, investment analysis and new community studies. In addition, professionals can be retained for litigation support, consultation for real property tax matters, and the appraisal/analysis of complex properties.

John Moy – Age 62 – B.S. degree in Civil Engineering Technology Rochester Institute of Technology 1976. Mr. Moy has over thirty-five (35) years experience in land development and civil engineering design for land development projects. He is a project manager for LJA Engineering and his responsibilities include supervision of the design and construction of land development projects as well as the preparation of project feasibility studies and pro-formas.
